Meta says LAMA is safer and more accurate than chat GPT thanks to training it on more material. While they battle each other, these companies are also doing court because the lawsuits by Silverman and Co aren't going to just disappear. Some believe that AI regulations may not be determined by legislators or agency chiefs but ultimately by the judicial system.
