I think consistency and building a framework and tough and enforceable. That's important that companies and businesses and others understand what they have to achieve, where they're moving to. And when I say consistency, it's also very beneficial to have levels of consistency globally as well. The other thing I would say though is I think governments need to be setting legislation around what needs to be achieved, but be more technology agnostic. They should provide the framework and what's required to meet the requirements and the goals.
