Agile Transformation - Is There a Dual Operating Model?

Scrum.org has a dual operating model with five layers of management on the left hand side and one on the right, which is called an agile sell. In your organization while you're doing an agile transformation those five layers are not changing if it's not getting smaller. That's an indication that you're getting stuck in this operating model. The only thing in that video that I have strong doubts on is that those days aren't going away.
