What Happened to the Ripper?

Doreen Hill, Jacqueline's mother, made a television appeal. Margaret Thatcher called the home secretary and offered to take over investigation. Detective Jim Hobson was now officially back in charge of the case. New team were referred to as the best brains in the police service. Information was prioritised and dedication to paperwork collecting was cut back. They believed Barbara Leach's murder was an opportunistic attack. But would Ronald Gregory listen?
