Understanding Common Experiences of ADHD and Autism

I recently got diagnosed as being on the spectrum. I always knew that I was neurodivergent in some manner, but doing some research on how people with ADHD and autism behave, really opened up my eyes to how I have done so many things unknowingly to adapt myself to this neurotypical world.
