Is This Really a Static Analysis Tool?

This isn't a static analysis thought like my pie or pilint, where it's running over your code just in its pile. You actually need to run your code under this tool for it to bleit. It doesn't spit out the bite code and say, here's the bite code improvements. Just understanding that it might not matter, and it might matter a lot to you, it depends on who you are.
