The Ego Is Your Mind, Baby

The ego is your mind, baby. It's your baby. Why would you want to ostracize or kill anything that you created? So I used to think my shadow self was this dark, seductress and we needed to teach her a thing or two. We're using the mind on behalf of love. Like create good things, meaning things that are beneficial to all beings. Can't wait to see you in there.

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
