Hotels were another hard hit sector at least during the pandemic. CBRE's Rachel Rothman, head of hotel research and data analytics shed some light on the sector. We do expect growth to slow as we move into the back half of 2023 and 2024 given the strong trends year to date. But as that eases, we do expect trends to resume.
