What's the Culture Shift?
Teach your emotion, i think is a huge piece that we miss all mi beauty. We need to begin by shifting what we are aiming toward away from test scores and satellite metrics. A focus on a pedagogy of voice, where students have voice and agency. And then inquiry, base teaching, but kind of going up a level, or to the balcony, if you will,. The three i would probably pull out from the book am or worker on graduate profiles at every level of the system.
