The Evolution of the Steam Engine

In the 1990s few people could afford to actually buy a personal computer. The internet is like that so if i said there was a problem 23 years ago on the internet right it would have disappeared or changed or become worse or become you know this is a big difference between doing new things on the internet as opposed to doing new things with 19th century style mechanical devices. Back then children who had not seen a computer not heard of the internet etc except for a few rich people and they didn't know what to do with them in their home. In today's world we live in problems which constantly change so a solution has to have the capability to also constantly change along with the problem.
