Are You Concerned That There's Not Going to Be a Lot of Voting for Increased Housing Production?
i think one of th things i want to explore here is just potentially other reasons why people are keeping their homes the way they are, beyond just financial changes. And that perhaps if we had a better social safety net in the united states, you'ud be able to kind of lower temperatures and a lot of this conversation,. because people wouldn't be afraid of massive medical bills or or other kinds of financial emergencies completely wiping them out. I'm pretty happy to bet there are groups of ten or 20 houses which are very happy to take all those absoning funds in exchange for replacing single family homes with duplexes and triplexes.
