If I owned wild gelato, I would create my own food wholesale business. We're not at the scale where we can we could hire someone to run vans all day. So here's the problem as well that you're going to have with wild gelato. You need at least salsa, but preferably BRC. If you really want to get into big food distribution, it's BRC or no - which is another level on salsa.
