The Challenges of Climate Change?

We can make a lot of progress pretty quickly just by reforming regulation of nuclear power. It strikes me that one easy solution would be to say tomorrow, best of all, says, you know, we approve their reactors here. Let's build some here. I'm like, this is not my domain of expertise but that's my sort of way to climate models then.
