The probability that with a group of 60 random people, there will be at least two people with the same birthday is 99.9%. It's virtually certain. The only reason George Floyd became a household name all over the world pretty much is that we humans just don't understand statistics and probability. I've always wondered if enumeracy is a far bigger problem in America than illiteracy. Why? Because enumeracy can lead to rioting in the streets. Number five, disparate impact ideology is not just bad for companies,. It's also bad for their employees.
