When we give the rights to do something to someone else, what we really want to do is hold that person accountable. There will be limits to what our systems can do in a system like this. So even if we built a perfect technical system, there are going to be limits of what it can observe and know about. And naturally judgment-based type things actually leave a space for our capability but we build systems that execute truthfully according to those limitations.
