It has to matter enough that you're not going to let anything side track your training. And if you don't do the work, the adaptation can't accumulate and yours is not going to be very strong. Also, there's a thing that happens where you can a where you you decondition,. in terms of still having the ability to produce some force, but your body can't actually handle it. That's right. I dont know if you've noticed this too, but somei've ben thinking about a lot, the starts and stops. For now, maybe i don't. Noi don't. Kno.
