Nic's Rent Is Propaganda

Emma Radka tweeted about the rent thing, as you remember. She's saying that this kind of like he's not paying his rent, is propaganda by a real estate conglomerate who want him out so they can charge high rent. I don't believe the thing is like, people being priced out of neighborhoods they've lived in for generations is a problem. This guy can afford Manhattan. And now him and his very rich model wife, they're both fine, like they can afford to pay for that.
