When is the right time to start that? Because one of the things I noticed around onboarding is any cautionary messages that we tell people when they're in this hyper excited, super motivated phase, tend to just whistle straight past them. We train really slowly because we used to find that we would say to people, here's this information that's a lot to go through and it seems a little quick. But basically I want people to say, look, enough. Can you stop going on about this thing now? If they have that level of real understanding, which might express as frustration, then we don't worry about them remembering that information in three months or six months or in a year
