Is There a Better Than 50-50 Chance That the North Carolina Supreme Court Will Re-Hear This?

Muncings Ware is the weird thing that's going to happen to the lower court opinion. I don't understand why any of the parties agreed to have the North Carolina Supreme Court re-hear this case. It was tough for me to predict from the oral argument, but I'm very interested in it. Morphe Harper and Bluff are likely to drop off the docket for this year.
