How to Choose the Right Contractor for Your Project
The days of doing stipulated some fixed costs, detailed bids, that just doesn't happen anymore. The superintendent could quit at any point in time. If he's been with the company for 10 years or 15 years, and he brags about how much he loves working for the company, that's a good sign. Sometimes we'll see superintendents that we really liked working with jump to another company. And then that will shift us to considering that other company.
