Mounting Climbing?

I guess the typical feeling is that when you get into a regulated industry, that it's going to slow you down. But I mean, if it's if your compliance and legal teams are reasonable and like good culture is there, where it actually they help you not try to slow you up. Or if you step into a company, that kind of relationship isn't in place, then we need to do our best to change the culture. So mounting climbing has been my hobby for about two or three years now. The goal always is to go higher.
