Why Doesn't It Matter Which Side Is Attributed to Pay a Tax?
Juston: It doesn't matter whether we're taxing the buyers or the sellers of soda, that we get the same outcome either way. But i still find this kind of crazy. This was the hardest concept in all economics to understand. I mean, intuitively, it just seems like it should matter.
