Gerhard: Ship It began with an email from ChangeLog to Gerhard. In the days, that was like the craze, but we tried to do something else. And I think this is the seed of ship it. We tried to improve publicly, share publicly, and always recognize the mistakes, but also share the wins. So how about we do it more? People are often asking about it.
