How Important Is It to Have Basic Information About Birth?
I always think maybe if I had known a little bit more, I wouldn't have had the outcome that I did. It is really important to just get some basic information. If you have someone on shift who's not going to be the greatest help, it's good to be able to have some information. And my physio always said too that after you stop breastfeeding, things can sort of shift harmonally and things can tighten and change as well. Did she mention that? So I think we'll stop breastfeeding after one sometimes. So it could just hopefully get better from them. Yeah. Well, thank you so much for coming on, Diana. I know we're definitely filling a gap
