i think the prefer aly both is interesting, because not only is it spoken, but then you can go back. I have this little file thing with important things in it. And i crie my way through it. And guess where that letter is? Its on the top of my desk. It's been three years now, sitting right there. So we really do have to be overt in what we do think. We don't assume people are naturally happy with you or excited about us. Or we assume the worst, as s beter way to sayit.
