DevOps Versus Machine Learning?

DevOps is the idea of automating your software infrastructure so that you're able to rapidly release changes. With machine learning operations, there's a few wildcards here and one of them is that if you don't have data, it's going to be very difficult to do machine learning operations. And I would compare this a lot like the water system in a city where you can't have a dishwasher or a washing machine or a swimming pool if you don’t have water hookups.
