The Importance of Education and Advocacy in a Company

I think if if I would start with with sort of advocacy but then going into sort of education sort of trying to build up and sort of set a baseline foundational knowledge within the company. With no knowledge in leaving it with sort of being an expert in this area it's just not going to happen like it doesn't work like that. You can definitely get more out of the session if you're sort of like benchmarking people's levels of knowledge and then hitting them sort of with the right level of training at the right sort of altitude.
