The CIA and the MKUltra Program

There are other instances of the CIA in the MKUltra program. But either they went to Russia and learned these techniques from the communists on purpose so they could, like by observing them or perpetrate them. Or they were actually taught that by the communists because they went there to learn from them. Either way, they came back to America and they did the same thing to American citizens, but they wanted to do it to try to indoctrinate them into the American way of life and the American mindset.
