What Makes a Great Manager?

The team has done an incredible job of focusing over the last few years on refining our approach and what makes it different. And I think one of the things that they've very much focused on, which I think lends itself to probably a good positioning going into the next few years is this idea of continuous improvement. So seeing managers that can be introspective, I hate to use the word humble, but acknowledge where their process may need to change was important for us. We know that they're going to continue to evolve just as we're evolving in our thought processes.
