I don't know if you know how much brokerage is paid every year in India. You have any idea about what's the point? Oh, is there a stat on that? It's usually a month's worth of rent. So I imagine that and then there is the resale ones are like what 1% or something like that must be some massive numbers. Yeah, I don't think I wonder why those few investors who said no must be feeling right now. We have just at the surface. We have to go so much more deeper. And we need to clearly expand past to these cities and help people in those cities also to save a huge amount of brokerage.
