Control Issues

I think the control issue is taking back control from this partially internalized or external rule that you feel controlled by. We can't unless we're very aware of what they are. If we have free-floating rebellion or anxiety, there isn't a word around it. It's just this experience that's driving us kind of invisibly to do something or not to do something.
