Sleep Strategy Number Three - Exercise
Your circadian rhythm helps control your daily schedule and when you are going to feel sleepy. This rhythm is tied to your 24 hour clock. Most living things have one, but guess what governs this clock slide? It's sunlight. We need two to ten minutes of early morning sunlight in our eyes as close to waking as possible. Other light works too, but it doesn't work nearly as well as early morning sunlight. The effects of regular arobic exercise are shown to be comparable to ye sleeping pills. If you see bright light at night, you're going to want to go to bed later then wake up later. Of course, don't include candles or heaven forbid, not do the lights
