How to Double Down on Reporting

The product and the team side of things really focus on building that cohesive strategy to double down on reporting. So I think on the product side, well, we obviously prioritize things that users that were interested in reports wanted. And then I think it's also around one boarding, for example, or around how we measure data. For example, we needed to track actually charts usage or chart creation as an event. We just found out that users who onboard through templates have higher activation rates than users who don't onboard through template. But they actually have lower retention rates, which is kind of counterintuitive. That was part of the selection stage there.
