The Capacity Maturity Model
The capability maturity model is a tool or way of expressing different levels or stages that an organization or an individual might be at. It's just like a table in the spread sheet. And i have the different stages of novice, generalist, expert, specialized expert, recognized expert. This is still work in progress for me in developing this maturity model. But even at this i have found it useful in sales calls and in talking to people about this.
