Novo Nordisk the maker of Wegovi and Azempic recently announced legal actions quote against certain medical spas weight loss clinics and compounding pharmacies to cease and desist from false advertising trade mark infringement, unlawful sales of non FDA approved compounded products claiming to contain some Aglitide.
