And i really, really love educating the team about all various aspects that i do have knowledge and experience. Now i'm terrified i would ever have to get to work for another company. I think i'm unemployable at this woi time. That's correct? You're absolutely right. So we went back through and said, you know what? What service model would you like? And allowed them to actually pick which model they wanted to be on.
