The Power of Story Telling

I knew that this was going to be the colossal, sort of parallel crisis to covet. I represent and come from the same class of privileged, relative privilege. And here is where i always say that no amount of preachness or activism can substitute the power of story telling. In the end, whether it is making people care about social justice issues or making them care about politics, you need a good story. You need the craft, or you need the consistency. Mostly, you need both to get people to care about things that are not immediately connected to them. That's such an interesting distinction. It really haunted me. My hundredth day on the road in the first wave was in
