The first time I ever did this I was shocked just by the sheer volume of transactions that came out. It's really about pulling together all of your finances and reviewing them not just going do I pay rent? Do you know what I mean? Like I feel like it can sound like a bland exercise but I get so many messages from people saying oh my gosh Victoria I did this I'd been putting it off because it just didn't make sense. She feels like the new year is a good time to do that as well because we're all feeling good about setting ourselves up and setting new intentions.
