Strategy Number Two - Minimize the Time Between Receiving and Paying Out
The first strategy is to minimize the time between when you get paid in and when you pay out. The second strategy as you're saying is think about your cost basis. And so basically, you have to try to spend when your actual value is higher than what your cost basis is. It works also on shorter terms, because you can have a super short spike during one.
