Is It Better to Not Have the Best Players on the European Team?

Is it potentially better for you a, in all seriousness, to not have the best players on the european team? So i some can't play because they participate and live in their lial team. It's like os, like, hi in that tea shop on the first and going cand play for a few weeks is could goa o a tot and ba, oh, got. I want to see d j takin on ram or, you know. And i can't think of anything better.
