The extra CO2 that humans are adding to the atmosphere is acting like a blanket, trapping in heat. This is causing the planet to warm, which can mess with how plants grow. Crops in livestock, in and of themselves, are highly vulnerable to increasing temperatures. But as we've talked about in previous episodes, this warming will also make natural disasters more intense.
