I'm sure you must have faced a lot of biases throughout your career in Silicon Valley as a woman. And what are the sort of biases that really hurt and, and impede progress in technical fields like you've encountered? Sure. I wanted to say a word about Silicon Valley right now. It was very different when I was there from 95 to 2000. We were so, everybody was so desperate for employees. Nobody could keep up with the growth. They needed engineers. They needed lawyers. They needed accountants. Every one of those entities desperately needed employees. So it takes a certain bravery to highlight those and to stand up and not to compromise your values in that situation. Yeah.
