The Impact of a Data Literacy Program

A data literacy program is a huge opportunity for a data leader to go out and build engagement, build value in the data org. And it's one of the first times actually the impact of the work that's been done in data will hopefully be seen and felt across the entire organization. If you then fail or you struggle to deliver or someone leaves and it all falls apart, it falls into that category as very often technical data work does. We've kind of made a promise that we've not successfully delivered against there. I think it can really hurt trust in that way if you get it wrong.
