How to Get Customer Feedback on a Product?

I feel like early on in a product, I'm all about relying on my own taste. That is what gets it to the point where I want to really love the app and just sort of embrace what works best for me. You know, you can definitely reach out to customers and speak with them, but you can also just pay attention to what's happening online. So if someone is talking about your product on Twitter, I mean, you could reach out to them after you see a tweet about the product. But you could also just read the tweet and go, they've said something in there which makes me think that they're not liking a particular feature or it's not working for them
