Homebuilder Stocks Are Within a Whistle of an All-Time High
Homebuilders are usually the cyclical indicator, right? It shows that people are obviously building new homes. We've been dealing with a backlog of new homes for a long time. The backlog is sort of drying up and we know that real estate doesn't show price changes unless the actual house changes hands. So at some point, as they move into these new homes, there will be an adjustment in the real estate prices. But prices haven't come down yet.
