We might be going through maybe a bit of a pudding renaissance. I think one of the really vital ingredients is his sense of nostalgia, and that's why the Brits love them. They're very much these English puddings, you know, with the suity and lots of breadcrumbs and spice. We need a big spoon for that. That's for you, my love. And then, please, on top. Yeah. It's something which started off as an aristocratic dish in humanist Italy and ends up as a school child's horror, really. Blumory!
