This is still, historically, really good interest rates. And it's fantastic to borrow money at this rate. It's also ok to pay off ll your bills and not owe anybody any money. I had a sequence of a time line what i was going to say to kind of illustrate the point, but now it's ruined. Thank you very much. My point was, it's what i do.
