How Do I Brush My Teeth?
Is it true when parents tell us that we should not lick the gum after our tooth has fallen off of the adult tooth or a good, cool kid? You're not going to make your adult tooth grow in crooked just by licking that empty space where your baby tooth used to be. That unfortunately is true. We do know that sugar in the mouth can become kind of acidic and that is something that can wear down the enamel which is the hard, tough outer covering of your teeth. Some dentists recommend brushing after every meal if that is possible.
