In pathology, we generally think that more is always better in terms of amount of tissue that we can get to look at. And f and a can be helpful in establishing that there's an abnormal process going on. But the efane doesn't let us see any of that architecture of how it's growing. So even if we can establish there's a seedy positive limpoma, and we even may get a little bit of information about cell size based on the ford scatter by flow - these are different issues depending on the situation.
