The Role of Product Market Fit in Enterprise Sales
I think any playbook that's like already tried and true for too long might be at the risk of becoming, you know, relevant or just inefficient relative to this newer approach. I've come to really appreciate that doing enterprise sales well as a craft of its own. And it is to figure out how to start with self-serve adoption, PLG, and then layer in enterprise sales. The challenge is when you do have a low floor, you can be great for use cases because your product is intuitive and delightful et cetera.
